Hate to ask but I've been trying to get in touch with Bungie store staff since July about faulty product but never get any responses via their support tickets at least it might be worth covering in a clip as i'm not the only one in this boat but i was hoping you may have a contact at Bungie who could help?
Understand if not but given no one in the forums or their dispatch team are willing to help i don't know where else to turn.

Have you tried Evie on Apoquel? It worked quite well on our pup-pup who always had itchy allergic hives.
