Season of the Splicer was one of my favorite seasons. I know (so far) there was no Harbinger or Presage mission, but I really liked the Expunge and Override missions. I actually liked Expunge enough to do the speed runs of each one. I really like the story of Osiris being weird and Quria infecting the Vex network and the Fallen in the Tower.
The weapons were pretty good - but then again I'm easy to please if it's a machine gun and auto rifle. Love that the Moon and Dreaming City weapons came back - hello, Arc Logic, it's been a while.
Not finishing transmog because I actually think it's impossible unless you play full-time. I'm at level 179 - yes, I play that much - and here’s where my three characters stand right now:
Warlock - 4/10 Bounties
Titan – 2/10 Bounties
Hunter – 3/10 Bounties
Transmog suggestions - remove the 750 cap for synthstrand because that's illogical. I get that we're encouraged to spend it, but there's not cap on legendary shards or bright dust, so this cap is confusing. Also Synthstrand needs to drop faster. One piece ever two minutes is arbitrary anyway and frankly it's a sure-fire way to make sure no casual player could ever accomplish a full set of gear (not counting the 11 freebies we got per character).
Looking forward to:
- Vanguard, Crucible and Gambit reputation reworks - especially Gambit because finishing the Legend milestone is almost 100% luck-based.
