Great suggestions on blue drops. I think the real winner is to make them lower in priority to enhancement cores, upgrade modules, legendary gear, exotic gear, etc.
If I implemented a second suggestion, it would be the Outriders "loot vacuum" or the mass dismantle option (or both).
I don't mind picking them up because I could use the weapons parts and glimmer, but that would be a lot easier with a mass dismantle.
