D2 returned back to normal here in the Sakha Republic 1 month ago thanks to our new internet providers. We have our own government & rules from rest of country, 1923 treaty. Our tyrant won't ever break, or the economy goes to dark ages😂, 1.5B earthly resources. Unfortunately rest of oblast still restricted.
